Wine Tasting
Chatham Vineyards is open all year for tastings, tours and sales. They host special events most months with music, food and wine.
Offers a “Paddle Your Glass Off” kayak tour which includes a lovely paddle on scenic Nassawadox and Church Creeks with a visit to Chatham Vineyard and a bottle of wine.
Paddling tours of scenic Onancock Creek start and end at the Onancock Wharf. From there shops, North Street Playhouse, galleries and restaurants are in easy walking distance.
Rocket Launches from Wallops Island, VA Mid Atlantic Spaceport
NASA’s Wallops Island Flight Facility has several launches scheduled in 2024. Check NASA Wallops Island for scheduled launches. We are an easy drive to prime viewing areas.
Golfers Getaway
The Easter Shore Yacht and Country Club is a 15 minute drive from our B&B. It is a lovely 18 hole course playing along the shores of Pungoteague Creek. Lunch, beverages, Pro shop, driving range, pickle ball, lessons and carts are available on site.
Bay Creek Resort has both an Arnold Palmer and a Jack Nicklaus course , serves good food at the Coach House and is near galleries and unique shops in Cape Charles. Bay View Waterfront B&B is an easy drive to Bay Creek and Cape Charles where you will find a beautiful Chesapeake Bay front beach, galleries, restaurants and shops.

We will recommend restaurants and make the reservation for you if you want.
The officiant will provide certified copies of the marriage. Be sure to arrive with a Virginia issued marriage license.
